ANOTHER beautiful day in Montrose!!! What a great cause!  We had  a great turn out due to the wonderful
Kate Wadley! Thanks for being on us about coming to do this!  Congrats to Amy Tice and Kate Wadley for finishing
the 10K!!!!!  We had some young 5K participants- Morgan Watkinson and Jordan Lankes! Go girls!!!!
Thanks again for another wonderful movement day!!!!

    The Movement Club is back.
    Categories are Vertical Feet, Cycling, Walk/jog and Swim Laps.  The member that gets the most vertical feet, most miles for cycling and walk/jogging and swim laps receives $40 Sports Authority Gift Card.
