Better late than never. A big thank you and congratulations, to all of our members that took part in the 2011 Black Canyon Accent. It was a beautiful morning and hike. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Remember folks, just keep moving.

    The Movement Club is back.
    Categories are Vertical Feet, Cycling, Walk/jog and Swim Laps.  The member that gets the most vertical feet, most miles for cycling and walk/jogging and swim laps receives $40 Sports Authority Gift Card.
