Hard to believe its December already!! 

We are excited because it means that 8750Alt's Crawfish Crawl Triathlon is 3 and a half months away!! HA! HA!

For those who don't care about our crawfish tri party ....how about 8750Alt's Noel night tomorrow evening!!! 

Details are from 4:30PM to 6PM is some incredible FREE soup & hot drinks / Santa & Smokelicked Seasonings!! Bring the kiddos and grab a picture with 8750Alt's Santa!!!

4:30PM to 7:30PM will be Grab bags for personal training and Telluride Pilates Center grab bags!!

    What We Are Doing....

    The Movement Club is back.
    Categories are Vertical Feet, Cycling, Walk/jog and Swim Laps.  The member that gets the most vertical feet, most miles for cycling and walk/jogging and swim laps receives $40 Sports Authority Gift Card.
