 This is a great recipe that is part of the Biggest Loser recipe book. Did you know that a portabella mushroom has more potassium than a banana? Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat marinara sauce 1/2 cup lean Italian turkey sausage, cooked, drained and crubmled (about 2 links) 1/4 cup shredded fat free or low fat mozzarella cheese 2 tsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil Preheat over 350 degrees F Wipe mushrooms clean of any dirt. Place on baking sheet gill side up Sppon sauce over each cap and sprinkle on sausage and cheeses. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with fresh basil. What a day!!!! We've been attending this race for 5 years and this was the most spectacular weather so far!! We had Team Chris and Vicki Binner and cyclist G-papa!! Robin Watkinson got a 7th overall female finish! Congrats Robin!! I suprised myself and got 1st overall female. 8th overall, watch out GUYS!! It was a very fun day, checkout my photography! the 2010 8750Alt Crawfish Crawl was a success..We had 2 feet of snow drop the night before the race. But we still had 4 competitors show up!! Kudos to Danny Hirsch, Ron Bercowitz, Carmen Wolcott and Robin Watkinson!!!!! Congrats!! By the way, the 70lbs of crawfish were the best yet!!
